Purpose of the Privacy Statement
Carroll Cuisine UC and its subsidiaries (“Carroll’s”, “us” and “we”) respects your right to privacy in relation to your use of our website, official social media pages controlled by us and any other form of electronic communication which we use to communicate with you (together the “Sites”). This Privacy Statement sets out how we safeguard any information which you disclose to us or which may be collected by us via the Sites. Any personal information which you volunteer to Carroll Cuisine will be treated in accordance with this statement and the terms of all applicable laws which may be adopted in your country of residence from time to time.

Collection and Use of your Personal Information
When using the Sites you may have an opportunity to provide us with personal information which can identify you, such as your name, email address, home address, telephone number, social media account ID etc. This includes, for example, information you provide when you participate in social media functions on a Site, enter a competition, promotion or survey, when you fill in a form or report a problem with a Site.

You should also be aware that where you link to another website from our Sites, we have no control over that other website. Accordingly, we cannot guarantee that the controller of that website will respect your privacy or data security in the same manner as Carroll Cuisine. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to a Site and you do so at your own risk. Use of Sites by Children
We do not collect information from any person under the age of sixteen. The Sites are directed only to individuals who are permitted to share their personal information without parental consent.

Collection of Non-Personal Information and COOKIES POLICY

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Privacy Statement and all matters in relation to the use and operation of the Sites are governed by the laws of Ireland and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
